How To Save Money on Make-Up

Make-Up can be an expensive hobby or career. There is so much of it. There is high end and there is low end. What some people don't know is that there are dupes out there. 

Sometimes buying the real deal is better but sometimes there are products out there that you could really save on by buying the drug store brand instead of the high end brand. 

There is so much out there that can be a dupe for that high end want that you desperately want but just don't want to or can't afford to spend the money on one of the high end brands. I have done this a number of times. 

However, sometimes trying to find a dupe for the product that you truly want won't really cut it. I have tried to buy like items or comparable items and end up being nothing like it. So sometimes it really is just best to save your money and purchase the real deal. Just have to do your research and check out what there is out there. Watch you tube videos... 

Then you will find you start saving money on your products. 

However, unlike me... I need to seriously take a break away from spending money on make-up. LOL I spend a lot of money on make-up. I know its my job and I know that its my hobby but boy oh boy it can get expensive. So if you are a beauty guru like me try and find some dupes for your more expensive products that you want. See if you can save a little money. I for one am going on strike from buying beauty products for a while LOL... Well for a second anyways!

Quick Manicure Fix...

This is the perfect time for to learn this quick tip on how to quickly fix your manicure. You don't have time to deal with a pesky full on manicure. No worries I got the perfect fix for you! 

What You Will Need:

• A glitter nail polish of your choice.
• a clear top coat.
• Nail Polish Remover

1. First you want to remove your old polish Unless you have a old french manicure in that case you can leave what you have one and just add the glitter.
2. Put glitter nail polish of your choice on the tips of your nails (sloppily). This doesn't have to be perfect in fact you don't want it perfect at all. You almost want it to look ombre. You want it to gradually go up your nail.
3. Add your top coat... and let it dry...

There you have it a perfectly cute nail look with out doing the whole manicure but yet your nails look like they were just done by a champ :)

Tip For No Lift Nail Wraps

This little gem is an awesome fix for those of you who have lifting on your nail wraps. They are supposed to stay for 2 weeks. However, if you hands are constantly in water and or your hard on your hands the way that I am. They start to lift at the tip. 

I found the easiest and quickest tip for getting longer life out of your wrap and not having any lifting on your Jamicure. 

Just add a little swiping of nail glue right along the tip of your nails on each finger. You will find that the lifting stops.

Trimming Your Eyebrows

Hey Everyone,

I am coming at you with a cool easy tip and trick for your brows. If you have unruly eye brows and those hairs are getting unruly. I am not much in to grooming my eye brows. I hate it actually. I usually go and have my eye brows threaded but sometimes I don't get around to doing and somethings if I just gotta handle business well this is how I do it. :)

First you need to get your self some disposable spoolies and some very sharp small hair/nail scissors.

If you are not sure what a spoolie is. Well here you go. They are just like a mascara wand with out the mascara part. :)

Using the spoolie brush through your brows and brush the hairs upward. Straight UP! Hold your spoolie in place so that you can see the hairs that are needing to be trimmed. Then using your small scissors trim the excess hairs. Do this all the way down your eye brow till your entire brow has been trimmed. Then using the spoolie again, comb through your brows to make them look clean again. If you need to pluck under your brows then continue with doing so. Throw some brow gel through those bad boys and call it a day!
